【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62236appliestoemissionandimmunityaspectsofEMCforelectricalandelectronicapparatusandsystemsintendedforuseinrailwayfixedinstallationsassociatedwithpowersupply.Thisincludesthepowerfeedtotheapparatus,theapparatusitselfwithitsprotectivecontrolcircuits,tracksideitemssuchasswitchingstations,powerautotransformers,boostertransformers,substationpowerswitchgearandpowerswitchgeartootherlongitudinalandlocalsupplies.Filtersoperatingatrailwaysystemvoltage(forexampleforharmonicsuppressionorpowerfactorcorrection)arenotincludedinthisstandardsinceeachsitehasspecialrequirements.Filterswouldnormallyhaveseparateenclosureswithseparaterulesforaccess.Ifelectromagneticlimitsarerequired,thesewillappearinthespecificationfortheequipment.Thelimitsinthisstandarddonotapplytointentionalcommunicationsignals.Thefrequencyrangecoveredisfromd.c.to400GHz.Atpresent,testingisdefinedonlyupto2GHz.Emissionandimmunitylimitsaregivenforitemsofapparatuswhicharesituated:a)withintheboundaryofasubstationwhichdeliverselectricpowertoarailway;b)besidethetrackforthepurposeofcontrollingorregulatingtherailwaypowersupply,includingpowerfactorcorrectionandfiltering;c)alongthetrackforthepurposeofsupplyingelectricalpowertotherailwayotherthanbymeansoftheconductorsusedforcontactcurrentcollection,andassociatedreturnconductors.Includedarehighvoltagefeedersystemswithintheboundaryoftherailwaywhichsupplysubstationsatwhichthevoltageisreducedtotherailwaysystemvoltage;NOTE1Examplesareoneconductorofa25-0-25kV50Hzsystemandthe110kV16,7Hzsupplysystems.NOTE2Similarconductorswhichareoutsidetherailwayboundaryaretreatedasinthepublicareaandareconsideredtobegeneraloverheadpowerlinesalthoughtheyfeedonlytherailway.d)besidethetrackforcontrollingorregulatingelectricpowersuppliestoancillaryrailwayuses.Thiscategoryincludespowersuppliestomarshallingyards,maintenancedepotsandstations;e)variousothernon-tractionpowersuppliesfromrailwaysourceswhicharesharedwithrailwaytraction.Apparatusandsystemswhichareinanenvironmentwhichcanbedescribedasresidential,commercialorlightindustry,evenwhenplacedwithinthephysicalboundaryoftherailwaysubstationshouldcomplywiththerelevantgenericInternationalEMCStandard.ExcludedfromtheimmunityrequirementsofthisstandardispowersupplyapparatuswhichisintrinsicallyimmunetothetestsdefinedinTables1to6ofthisstandard.NOTE3Anexampleisan18MVA230kVto25kVpowersupplytransformer.
