【摘要】:Epoxyresinsareafamilyofsyntheticresins,includingproducts,whichrangefromviscousliquidtohigh-meltingsolids.Theresinmoleculecontainsasreactivesitesoneormoreoxiraneorepoxygroups,usuallyintheformofaglycidylgroup.ThemostcommerciallyimportantresinistheglycidyletherofbisphenolA,producedbythecondensationofepichlorohydrinanddiphenylpropane(bisphenolA).Epoxyresinswithdifferentcharacteristicsarealsoproducedcommerciallybyreactingepichlorohydrinwithothermaterials.Tobeofuse,theresinsmustbecrosslinkedwithacuringagentorhardener.Thechoiceofcuringagentisofimportanceindesigninganepoxyresinsystemforagivenapplication.Themajorreactivegroupsintheresin,theepoxyandthehydroxylgroup,reactwithmanyothergroupssothatmanytypesofchemicalsubstancecanbeusedascuringagents.Theseincludeacidanhydrides,aliphaticandaromaticaminesandpolyaminoamides.Somecuringagentswillcrosslinktheresinatambienttemperatureswhileothersrequiretheapplicationofheat.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesanoverviewoftheISOtestmethodsusedtocharacterizeepoxyresins.Thelistedpropertytobedeterminedinanygivencasedependsonagreementbetweenthesupplierandcustomer.
